Most agencies and service businesses don’t have a lead problem. They have a scaling and follow-up problem. They’re getting conversations. They’re sending proposals. But revenue stays inconsistent. Here’s what the whole year numbers in 2025 look like when the system is built properly. $846,000 recorded. 235 clients closed. $3,600 average deal. Even December was strong (when most businesses slow down): 11 clients → $39,600 from 155 conversations. These are only the payments we were able to track. What’s not included are the follow-up payments , the recurring months that were collected manually via Wise, PayPal, Stripe, or direct bank transfers. If those manual follow-up payments were fully tracked as well, the actual number would be much higher. Even with just first-deal data, the pattern is clear. November: 13 clients → $46,800 from 128 conversations. Same offer. Same pricing. Same market. No launches. No spikes. No excuses about seasonality. Just a repeatable conversation → follow-up → close system. If you tried to scale in 2025 and it didn’t happen the way it should have -> that year is done. I’m recording this on 30th December. 2026 is next. For many of the agencies and service businesses we worked with, 2025 was the year things finally clicked. Those results are public , you can check them. And in the next video, I’ll break down exactly how we scaled this business over the last two years. We built the funnel. We created the creatives. We launched and managed the ads. We structured the offer. End-to-end. If you’re running an agency or any service business and want clarity on where your growth is leaking, we might be able to help. No pressure. Happy to share what’s working and see if it makes sense. #AgencyGrowth #ServiceBusiness #BusinessScaling #HighTicketSales #ClientAcquisition #SalesSystems #LeadConversion #B2BMarketing #Entrepreneurship #RevenueGrowth #MetaAds #facebookads
